The property's location was stunning and beautiful, to all the markets. A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone.

I greatly enjoyed this beautiful place, stayed there for 3 nights. The staff were kind, good and great location near the sea. Further, it was near the beach which was clean with plenty of loungers, a beautiful garden, and bar/restaurant.

The beach was AMAZING 🌊 The restaurant staff was nice, and the room was good. The breakfast was super limited and could use more variety.

Allocated a garden view room instead of the booked sea view, disappointing, especially after a long trip. Dining options fell flat. The a la carte dinner included limited choices, and the main course took way too long to arrive, resulting in a poor experience. Breakfast was basic and lacked variety, only with a continental setup. Some rooms struggled with lukewarm shower water and general dim lighting that didn't help the bug situation in the first-floor units.

Just a good match for a short interlude in Saly Portudal with best value for money ratio. The early check-in was a major plus after a long trip. Carry some snacks, as dining options can be limited outside buffet nights.

really good stay with minor hiccups

The hospitality displayed by the staff. Arriving at a peak time, we received a complimentary room upgrade that was pretty good. The fine sea view from our room provided a serene backdrop for relaxation. The expansive pool area was a perfect spot to unwind, offering both tranquility and a lively atmosphere.

The overbooking situation initially caused some concern.

I stayed in the Superior Double Room for 4 nights, and the room was really modern and comfy. That beach access was awesome, and the place was super clean. Only downside was that power outages happened, but at least the hotel's generator kicked in quickly, so not a huge hassle. The staff was nice and super helpful.

Strongly recommend for a getaway

Beautiful beach, cute staff, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning, and we appreciated the fitness center as it helped us stay active during our six-night stay.

The standard room here is up, to, date with everything you need , a nice shower, a hairdryer, and fluffy bath sheets. the staff is pretty cool and the location is just awesome! 🌟.
